Complaints Policy
Resolve Recruitment Services is committed to providing a high level service to our customers. If you do not receive satisfaction from us we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, please contact Paul Wilson, Head Of Training. You can write to him at:

Next steps
1. We will send you a letter or email acknowledging your complaint and asking you to confirm or explain the details set out. We will also let you know the name of the person who will be dealing with your complaint. You can expect to receive our letter within 2-5 days of us receiving your complaint.
2. We will record your complaint in our central register within a day of having received it.
3. We will acknowledge your reply to our acknowledgment letter and confirm what will happen next. You can expect to receive our acknowledgement letter within 2-5 days of your reply.
4. We will then start to investigate your complaint. This will normally involve the following steps;
▪ We may ask the member of staff who dealt with you to reply to your complaint within 5 days of our request;
▪ We will then examine the member of staff’s reply and the information you have provided for us. If necessary we may ask you to speak to them. This will take up to 4 days from receiving their reply.
5. Paul Wilson will then invite you to meet him to discuss and hopefully resolve your complaint. He will do this within 5 days of the end of our investigation.
6. Within 2 days of the meeting Paul Wilson will write to you to confirm what took place and any solutions he has agreed with you.
If you do not want a meeting or it is not possible, Paul Wilson will send you a detailed reply to your complaint. This will include his suggestions for resolving the matter. He will do this within 5 days of completing his investigation.
7. At this stage, if you are still not satisfied you can write to us again. Another Director of the company will review Paul Wilson’s decision within 10 days

If you are still unhappy with the findings and the decisions of Resolve Recruitment Services you can escalate your complaint of either a trainer or a training provider to the relevant awarding bodies for the qualifications you have received. Resolve Recruitment Services will help guide you to the correct awarding body should you have any issues.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Training Services / Course Payments for Training Services / Courses
All payments for Training Services / Courses are made in advance of the course date. Payments are in UK Pounds Sterling. The prevailing rate of UK VAT will be charged and added unless otherwise specified. All courses and workshops are delivered in the UK.
RTS National will not cover any loss of use for training should training be cancelled or in the case that an individual is unable to attend a course for either systemic or human error reasons. In This case a refund of the amount paid for the day of training shall be issued by way of bank transfer to the candidate.
Refund Policy for Training Services or Attendance of a Training Course and Policy Regarding Cancellation of Services or Attendance of a Training Course
A student or the company booking a course may cancel a booking for Training Services / Courses during a cooling off period of 7 days and receive a full refund. The only exception to this will be if this is a late or short notice booking for an event that will occur in less than 7 calendar days from the date of the course. Once this cooling off period has lapsed the following refund policy applies. Substitution of an alternative named delegate on a Training Course is acceptable at any time.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation of a booking over 7 days or more prior to the commencement of the course will incur an administration charge of £25.00. For cancellations within 7 calendar days of the event by a customer, 100% of the fee will be payable. This can be discretionary with a directors approval.

There is no refund available after attendance / Training Services or Course date.
Delegates may seek confirmation from the service provider in advance to ensure that the place on the Training Course they have booked or the service they have purchased meets their clearly stated expectations. A significant valued added portion of any course or workshop comes from the discussion within a group of people. With this in mind we reserve the right to cancel a workshop if numbers registering are low. Once we have taken this decision we will write to you and make a full and immediate refund. All refunds are made from cleared funds.
Anyone driving commercially that has either obtained a PCV licence after 8th Sept 2008 or C1 (7.5 Ton) or above after 9th September 2009, must complete an Initial Driver CPC Qualification. This means that you should not be driving commercially without this full qualification. Resolve Training Services provides Periodic Driver CPC Training for drivers that have completed all parts of their Initial Driver Training. It is the student’s responsibility to make sure that you have the correct qualifications to attend the course. If you book a course, and it is found that you do not have the correct qualifications to attend the course, no refund of any monies will be made.
